Before you're off to the races, let's go over the template styles that are available in Mapbox Studio. You can use any of these templates as a starting point your map style. You just need to start a new style with one of the Mapbox provided styles and begin customizing it to fit your brand. But which style should you pick? That depends on what you are trying to achieve and what kind of data your map wants to highlight.
